I have dispute my wife due to some personal reasons as a result my father in law had petition in Police station after that my wife parents request circle inspector to send them to court. I am still ready to live with her but my wife parents wants to seprate us.
I have a daughter 14month baby girl, they refused take her even at thr presense of CI police, since 20days my daughter with me.
My queries;
1. in family court how they make counselling, can my wife parents allowed there to attend and also can they permissible to speak there in counselling between me & my wife? Or only husband & wife attend and face to judges?
2. Can i request there to talk with my wife for few minutes in personal?
3. Can i request to ask in court to give us some times to spend together?( Like 1 day 1 week or one month?)
4. can i submit any complaints agaist my father-in-law ?

Your wife not interested to continue the marriage nor interested in taking the minor daughter with her that's why all this drama has been created by her with help of parents.
It's no use keeping unwilling life partner and move ahead in life.
If she want to go in for dissolution of marriage, agree to it with conditions of not giving any permanent alimony and maintenance to her and keeping complete custody of minor daughter with you.
She must be having some other option to join in future but was waiting for giving call and now she has given call.
The wife in most cases walk out of marriage only if they have other option to move with otherwise it's not so easy for a mother of small baby leaving the child just like this.
You'll be luck to get out of such broken marriage at right time and economically.
In Family Court mediation just tell the Principal Judge your intentions clearly and he'll too will tell you what I told you here to leave her and move ahead.
All criminal complaints will be disposed off and you'll be free man once again.

I didn't think that my wife wants to leave me, why because in police station she was talk to me and she said that i still love u, due to scared with parents and family member she is stuck between them. I'm sure if once i talk to my wife definitely i will convinced her, that's why i have following queries, please please please answer the following....
My queries;
1. in family court how they make counselling, can my wife parents allowed there to attend and also can they permissible to speak there in counselling between me & my wife? Or only husband & wife attend and face to judges?

If ASI, Inspector is not allowing you met superior I/c e.g; ACP or even DCP, CP..
