Family Dispute - Wife forcing for live as a single family.

Hello sir
I gor married in 2014, before marriage i told all conditions like we need to live in joint family, n my family members r of moderate values.
But after marriage disputes started and continues till date.
3 months ago, she got a baby boy, nd in hospital itself she used very abusive words to my parents.
I want divorce now at any cost.
She and her family keeps threatening us telling that they would file a false dowry case against us.
Plz guide what to do
I will never agree for compromise coz we gave 2 years to adjust but she is completely out of control and threatened us many times.
No body can live with such a cheap minded woman.

It certainly seems that you are too much aggressive in this case. Don't get panic, collect all the evidences along with the recordings of the threatening calls and other evidences to defend yourself if her parents frame you with false charges. Take a help of a smart lawyer to defend you.

I don't have any proof so far coz she is very clever, i could not make any recording.
Should i file a complain immediately?
Will it support me if complain is first lodged by me ?

Since you have now become a father your responsibility to his increases manifold which should not be confined to your relation with your wife.
For the sake of the child I would recommend you to wait for the wife to change. She would surely chance as she has also become mother.

You will get no help even if you file case first without solid grounds.
