PLEASE CAN U PROVIDE ME FORMAT OF FAMILY SETTLEMENT OF DECEASED DIED INTESTATE. PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE ME VITAL POINTS TO BE KEPT IN MIND WHILE DRAFTING THE DEED

Settlement deed drafting is not a difficult job. The nature of the properties, its full descriptions, (if possible maps) should be clearly mentioned, the portions should be clearly mentioned, the common usages should also be mentioned therein, the arrears of any authority, if any against any of the property should also be mentioned with assigning its liability, the signatures of all interested parties and even uninterested but known persons should also be obtained as witnesses and this settlement deed it possible should also be got registered with registrar and thereafter it should be executed in the concerned record of the authorities.
It can be drafted here also but we have no facts with us.
