fees

i am resident in rohini dda lig flat my ground floor neighbour doing illegal demolition of wall to use this flat as commercial use. i want take stay order on this what will be the expenses including fees appx. one more thing can sit quite after taking stay order or i have file case further

You will have to file a suit for permanant injunction for restraining him from doing so, and file a stay application in it to obtain stay to the actual ongoing demolition urgently. After the stay is granted the injunction suit shall proceed. The court fee required for obtaining simpliciter injunction is not much. When you contact the lawyer, he will tell you about the fees and expenses.

2.YOU WILL SUCCEED IN GETING PERMANENT INJUNCTION (STAY) ON THE CONSTRUCTION.THE SAID CIVIL SUIT WILL PROLONG FOR SOME PERIOD TILL FINAL HEARING OF THE CIVIL SUIT.
