1 judgement was passed on 1/10/2009. in how much days i have to file the apeal. court has given three months time to implement the decree.

2 iapplied for certifird copy of judgement on 20th oct. whAT is cut of date to file the appeal in db.

When did you obtained the certified copy of the judgment/decree?

One month time is required to file an appeal after the pronouncement of judgment/decree, if the appeal is to be made to first appellate court but the period between the application and preparation of certified copy shall be added.
