I came to know that during trial first step is repeating of FIR.Is this true?

When my sister in law say same FIR in court that will become under oath. Can we file perjury after that?

why are you in hurry to file for perjury .? first contest case filed by sister in law on merits . otherwise you will keep on running around courts and spending money on legal fees

There is no scope to file perjury at such stage.
