If it is self acquired property of your father then you and no one else has any forced share.....
Your step mother is owner of property in her name.
You have no forced share in it.
They can by their sweet will give a share to you.

Please inform:
Whether your father is alive, if expired when?
If expired, whether he left any will?
Who purchased the property , when, how it came in the name of your father? whether the property is ancestral?
How your father gave whole property to your step mother, through will / registered gift / or orally / otherwise?

If you are Hindu, property was self acquired by your father and he gave it to your step mother through registered gift deed / will, your share in the property would be doubtful.
May discuss with local lawyer in detail.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mishra,
Aap sahi keh rahe hain, as per your statement, "main kuch nahi kar sakta."
Yadi propery aapki mother ke naam se nahin thi aur aapke father ne pehle hi apni property apni doosri wife ke naam kar rakhi hai toh aap vakya hi kuchh nahi kar sakte.
Aapko apni property khud hi apni kamai se banani padegi.
