Dear Expert

Maine ek flat SRA me checkout kiya, wo aur mujhe lena hai. plz aap mujhe suggest kare.

Mujhe registration with stamp duty aur hoam loan karna hai.

Seller second party hai aur uske naam par power of atorny, share certificate, society maintenance bill, light bill hai aur first party ka allotment letter & NOC hai.

sir aap mujhe bataye ke ye flat mai registration/stamp duty hoga ya nahi, agar hoga to registration ke time kya kya document lagega. aur hoam loan hoga ya nahi.

For formalities about purchase of society flat, enquire from the concerned society. Only they would be able to guide you as per the provisions of their byelaws.

For Home loan formalities and requirement of documents, enquire from the bank from which you want to get home loan.

Stamp duty you can't avoid.

You to get the docs. checked by an experienced civil lawyer locally.Besides for home loan banker may require 13 yrs. E.C. from jurisdictional Tehsil office and any other doc. as per lending bank's checklist. Reg. Stamp duty, your lawyer will let you know as the same varies from state to state.
