Forgery of Signature

Sir,
Am a student in school.My mother expired when I was in class 9.It was a suicide and my maternal uncle and his family lodged a case of Murder.But as it was a suicide so we(I and my father and our family) won the case.But during the trial it was revealed that my maternal uncle and his family FORGED my mother's signature and made her out of the property that she must get.This was told by one of my Mother's Uncle during the trial and it was a "slip of tongue".The words that he told was written down in the court and I have the documents.I want to ask you that can I claim a Criminal Case against my maternal uncle? and also can I get the property back?I do have my mother's signature.

yes you can file complaint & also you can claim propety.

U can file either criminal complaint or civil suit.

What kind of signature can I produce in the court.I mean to say that can I produce my mother's Debit card which contains her signature or the receipt of any thing that she purchased by using the card.If I cannot produce a signature also can I submit her handwriting?I also want to know under which section can I file the criminal complaint.At the same time can any one please guide me in details about the procedure.
I am waiting earnestly for a detailed reply.

file a criminal case under Sec-468/420 IPC. but pl consult with a local criminal lawyer first. u may compare ur mothers signature by p[roducing the debit card or by the spaciman signature kept with the bank issued the debit card, but to prove ur case u must produce the forged signature of ur mother to compare it with the original. if u can produce those documents, it will be a good case. hope u will get justice.good luck my little friend.

PUBLIC PROSECUTORS ARE THE ADVOCATES FOR THE STATE AND THEY APPEAREDIN A CASE ARISEN OUT ON A POLICE REPORT. BUT U SHOULD FILE A COURT COMPLAINT ANDTO DO SO U MUST APPOINT AN ADVOCATE. IF U FILE AN FIR AT THE PS ANDIFTHEY SUBMITED CHARGE SHEET THEN A PUBLIC PROSECUTOR WILL CONDUCT FOR U. IF POSSIBLE PL APPOINT A PRIVE ADVOCATE TO FILE A COURT CASE. GOOD LUCK.
