Dear sir,
I want to file an application in the family court in the case of 125 cr. P.c. to get the call records history of my wife's mobile phone. Please suggest me the format of application, which could be made under section 91 of cr. P.c. Is there any other procedure too for getting the call records history.

And to whom the summons should be got issued, in case if the mobile operator is Idea co.

You can file a petition under section 91 cr.p.c. for procuring the call history from the service provider of the mobile company and the address of the service provider is to be provided by you to the court.
