VRS is voluntary retirement scheme. the amount under VRS depends upon the policy and discretion of the employer.

most of the companies have formulated their own vrs policies after having opinions of the forums of its employees.....the main objective is that ......the entitled employees should not be chitted by vrs and may survive with families
