what is the exact procedure of framing of charges in a criminal case
what procedure is adopted on the hearing of framing of charges
is it inevitable to record postsummonning evidence at the same date

in a FIR case, the charges will be framed as according to the challan presented in the court....the judge will give an opportunity to the accused to argue on the matter....its not necessary that the charges shall be same as the offences mentioned in FIR

in Complaint case a similar opportunity will be given for the purpose
