Before aapearing for M.A. or LL.B. you must have to complete your Degree course & then after you can join M.A. or LL.B.

You can take 5 years LLB course. But you have to check same. Recently BCI ask universities to implement age restrictions.

For MA, you have to complete graduation.

Dear Mr. Satish,
First you have to complete a 3 year Degree Course through Correspondence since you are not eligible for regular college course because of your age restriction.

Further, after successfully completing your 3 year Degree Course, if you obtain 50% marks in average, then you can take admission for 3 year LL.B. Course. Though the Bar Council Rules stipulate maximum age limit of 30 years for admission to 3 year LL.B. Course, there are some States like Delhi where there is a Court Stay against such rule and therefore admission is possible without any age restriction. But one has to check up as to what is the position in Maharashtra.

Further, you will not be able to pursue 5 year integrated LL.B. Course (as suggested above by Mr. Shailesh Kumar) since there is an age restriction of 21 years for admission.
