Dear SIR....
I WANT TO GET SCHEDULE CASTE CERTIFICATE IN INDIA,AS I BELONG TO SC CASTE AS PER NEPAL GOVERNMENT..AND I HAS CERTIFICATE OF NEPAL GOVERNMENT THAT THIS BOY AND HIS FATHER BELONG TO SC CASTE..NAMED PREM BAHADUR SARKI AND FATHERS NAME IS DHAN BAHADUR SARKI...BUT IN INDIA MY NAME IS INVERTENTLY RECORDED AS "PREM BAHADUR" AND FATHER'S NAME IS DHAN BAHADUR IN ALL EDUCATION CERTIFICATES AND VOTER ID,PAN CARD ETC...ACCORDING TO INDIAN GOVERNMENT SARKI BELONGS TO SCHEDULE CASTE...SO IN THIS CASE AFFIDABIT CAN HELP ME...Could you please tell me ..whether an affidabit can prove that both the name belongs to the same person...i.e me....please reply,when i will apply for caste certificate in india...please reply

You can't avail the benefit of cast in India without availing the citizenship of India.

OK you belong to Sarki Caste even if you are not using it as surname.
But you belong to which state of India.
You belong to none of the Indian state.SC list is separate for each state, unless you belong to any state the list pertaining to that state cannot be opened for you.

Sudhir, I belong to West bengal state of india..as i have voter id,PAN CARD AND PERMANENT ADDRESS ...as my father was a GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE,in west bengal and he lived here since 50 year duration...I WAS BORN HERE..COMPLETED BY B.TECH IN WEST BENGAL..SO I AM THE CITIZEN OF INDIA..please guide me...

Sorry.
You are Nepali National and belong to no state of India.
Nepalese as an exception allowed entry in Govt service despite being foreigner. But there is no provision for giving them reservation as SC/ST/OBC.
Further such service does not cover nationality.
PAN card is for paying t ax if you ear anything in India. This is not Nationality proof.
You have not stated whether the voter ID card is of Nepal or India.
If the card is from Nepal it is proof of you being Nepali citizen.
If this card is from Indian Govt then it is a result of fraud.

sorry,Sudhir ..but i have VOTER CARD OF INDIAN GOVERNMENT,ration card also,even land paper too IN WEST BENGAL,ISSUED BY INDIAN GOVERNMENT..O MY GOD I AM NOT A FOREIGNER..I STAYED HERE SINCE MY CHILDHOOD..AND IN WEST BENGAL'S CASTE LIST...THEY SPECIFIED THAT SARKI AND KAMI BELONGS TO THE SC CASTE..MY FAMILY LIVED IN INDIA SINCE 50 YEARS OF DURATION..HOW CAN YOU TELL ME THAT I AM A FOREIGNER...IF THIS IS THE CASE THEN WHAT ABOUT DARGEELING NEPALI PEOPLE..THEY ALSO GET BENEFITS OF SC/ST /OBC...etc...sorry i am not satisfied with your answer...according to you all the north east people who have their voter id,are fake,because they are nepalese......don't u know nepali also comes in hindu religion...
