Gift deed or release deed or sale deed

I wish to give my flat to my aunt (younger sister of my father). Which option would be better so that my wife can not claim the property in any section in law. I have given another flat to my wife.

1. Gift deed
2. Release deed
3. Sale deed

Either gift deed or sale deed.

Preferably by a sale deed to avoid unnecessary litigation in future.

Gift deed would be better from the angle of stamp duty.

If your wife agrees for this take her consent and execute the sale deed and in that sale deed make her consenting party. There is no question of any future dispute arises. Presuming that, you, both husband and wifes are in a better mutual understanding.

if property is absolutely self acquired ,it is better to do sele deed now stamp duty is same.
