Gold ornaments with husband

My ornaments are with husband. Currently , case is on. Kindly let me know what evidences are required to get back my gold. And how to get those help?

Along with the application, file the receipts of the purchase of the ornaments in the court along with the description of the ornaments, their weight etc,

If FIR under section 498A and 406 has been aleady been filed then police has to recover the ornaments/all istridhan mentioned therein and you can get the articles on sapurdari from court.

You have to produce the bill/receipts of the purchase of the ornaments in the court along with the description of the ornaments. If ornaments already have been recovered by the police, you can get them of on Superdari.
