GPA holder and sold thro GPA person died then the property

When a gpa holder and the sold person also died then the property can be transferred to gpa holders spouse, is their any legal document. Then what the spouse can do to transfer his/her name.This is belongs to bangalore area. please suggest

If it is GPA cum sale. The property can be transferred to the spouse of deceased GPA holder.
