Guidance needed to win 498a and dvc

My cousin is working as software engineer got married to a girl of same cast in year 2008 ; she is also working as software engineer and earns more than him. They lived separately, hi mother and father used to visit them rarely as they have their family business in their native place.
She used to harass him for trivial matters. She left the matrimonial house one day after quarrelling with him. He was unable to bare her torture and applied for divorce after 4 months of separation. .
After receiving divorce notice she filed 498A complaint against him.
Again she filed for RCR after a period of 1.5 years of separation from him.
She filed DVC complaint after separation of 2.3 years.
Now all the 4 cases came to trial (498A, DVC in Criminal Court & Divorce and RCR in Family Court).
She filed 498A and DVC on all the family members (Father , Mother, Sister, Brother and on sisters husband).
Now she wants to come and join him which he and his family members don’t want to, as they undergone lot of agony because of her.
Please suggest what steps they need to take to come out of the 498A and DVC cases.
Quashing is not possible as the cases came for trial.
