harassment by young colleages

we are in the age of retirement. our few ill manner young colleage harass us daily by physically and mentally.using cheap language. our bosses are not interested in it. i am thinking of leave the job but i think it is not right please advice what should do

give complaint against them in the management through RPAD or through mail. if they have not taken action against them then you can file a case aginst them in the police station along with your complaint with your management. Try to teach them a lesson for them. Try to see that they are no more in the office.

First take the matter before the management if they have not taken any action then file a criminal complaint against them.

Please complaint the management about it. If you want to take a direct action you can also file a complaint under S.354 of IPC.

If you are woman & they are sexually harassing you then you can file complaint u/s 354 of IPC.
