1. In our annual general meeting we decided that building will lock its gate & will not allow occupants to park their vehicles till they become member of society (our developer does not want them to become member of society). We locked the gate, son of developer comes & breaks the lock, we complaint for same to police station. It was not a surprise that police were talking from their side, one of officer said us that we will not book your complaint you do whatever you want to do. We again locked the gate & he broke open it, this happened for almost 3-4 times, every time we approached police station they refused to book complaint. In turn police says to us that Society do not have any rights to locks it gate & it cannot deny occupants to park their vehicles in society premises, developer has not handed over the society to you etc etc (actually developer has right of development only)so many reasons to us, every time they ask us to show this or that papers but not single time asked any questions to developer. how can we make police listen to us or book our compliant?
2. Our developer wants our NOC for making a commercial space in stilt parking, which we refused, hence he is harassing us. In police station he said you do whatever you like i will make commercial in stilt parking & no one can stop me. We want to know if authorities have passed space as stilt parking, we have the sanctioned plans of space wherein it is shown as parking space, can developer do so without our permission or forcefully? Please guide us.

Only local lawyer can solve your problem as documents are required to be seen prior to providing you reply.

Dear All, thanks for your reply. but we have already experienced this with our lawyer too. We went to police station with our lawyer, they refused to listen even her. Our lawyer wrote a letter on the spot & gave written complaint for same. they (police) took it & asked us to go home. No action was taken on our complaint.......we need to now how to make police listen to us. can we approach some dept which makes local police station accountable? what is the use of making complaints if no action is going to be taken?
