my name sandesh suryavanshi from agra i have filled a case in a court but my hearing not starting but have opportunity for a job in kuwait give me sugest can i go with out clerance give a respone as soon as possible

is it a criminal case? which case have you filed in which court? if it is a civil case, you can give power to any of your nearest to attend the court on behalf of you.

it is criminal case (if not filed against you) you can go abroad but liable to be available when summoed as witness.
