FOR FILING A DIVORCE PETITION BY MUTUAL CONSENT MINIMUM PERIOD IS ONE YEAR. THE GAP OF SIX MONTHS CAN BE CONDONED. IT DEPENDS UPON THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES AND DISCRETION OF THE COURT.
