hindu marrige

a girl married in 2005 in a tample @ they registersd them in special hindu marrige act . but they live seperately , no one knows that they do merry now what is the legalty of marrige , can girl can give plea for cancilation of marrige in ragisetrar office ? is it a divorse case ??

It is valid marriage. There is no scope to cancel the marriage by girl except filing a case for divorce in the court.

It is valid marriage. She cannot cancel it by taking plea. Except filing divorce petition girl has no option.
