A Hindu male whose name is pqr has self earned property. If pqr dies without making a will, then for class I heirs of pqr, does self earned property of pqr automatically become coparcenary property?
i.e.will shares be given to class I heirs by treating the pqr's self earned property as coparcenary property?

The concept of self earned property needs some clarity.1 every pie earned by any member of an HUF is jointly the property of all eligible members 2 this was modified by gains of learning act 3 now the distinction is no longer relevant

I go with the opinion of expert Mr. R.v. Rao on the subject issue. What makes the author to blush from disclosing himself and what is the necessity to repeat the same query on another name?
