Varun! This quarry has very well been replied in your PM. You have also share in the house along-with your sisters and your chacha ji cannot sell it without getting due partition. You can seek stay order from civil court.

Mr Varun as you said you have not any registry but you have possession in the house. I think your chacha ji also has no document with him. Hence your position is strong. How can your chacha jee sell the house without the permission of you.

the properties in lal lakir/ dora ordinarily dont have registry....however nowadays such properties are also being transferred by way of registry in state of punjab.

however in ur case, ur uncle (chacha) can not sell off the property as Mr. Sarin advised....he will have to seek partition of the said property and will also have to prove he is having share in the property.
