I filed a complaint against managing committee at dy registrar office under section 73 1AB of MCS Act 1960 for non submitting of M20 Bond. The committee was dismissed on 21st of Dec 2016 and authorised officer take charge from committee on 28th Dec. In between ex committee is take SGM on 24th Dec 2016. I am member of society. I wrote a letter to newly appointed officer for inspection of documents under section 32(1) of MCS Act. But after more than 10 days he never give inspection nor reply of letter. What is remedy now have to me? Also what action can I take on ex committee which is called SGM after dismissed from dy registrar? Also the newly appointed authorised officer levied penalty on my maintenance bill for not attending SGM which is held on 24th Dec by ex committee after dismissed. What action can i take on ex committee and or authorised officer for levying wrong penalty on me?

Use RTI to get the information from Registrar office.
File case with the Registrar regarding SGM which was unauthorized and prey to hold all decisions unauthorized. Prey in writing to officer to wave the penalty.

It would be better if the expert would have posted / contributed for the thread rather to go on posting just to satisfy his ego / irritation / frustration.
