I am fighting a case in the High Court, I feel that in-camera hearing may obstruct the Court's way to be dishonest, how to apply for that ?
Is this in-camera hearing for some special cases or Courts or any one can apply for that?
you are talking about high court hearing, so you should be an advocate only..
so come here with your identification..

In camera hearing only for rape cases to protect the publicity against the complainant and not in any other matters. And not in HC since there are only law points mostly.

Person of suspicion like you have got no right to ask such question at least in this site. If you deem judges of high court as dishonest towards you then it is useless exercise from your side to contest the case.

We have open court system MR!!!
What case are you fighting that you suspect it can go dishonestly decided if proceeding goes in day light but can be expected to be honestly decided if the same goes in night[ wahi=in-camera].???????????????

To be honest, I respect you all a lot and had been benefited a lot by all of your free, genuine, honest legal help.
But sorry to say that I have seen clear discrimination in open Delhi High Court, against which I am to file first appeal that even in the same court...I am again sorry if I feel ill-mannered, ill-willed person--but at least i am honest with myself and you all.

If you are honest then there might be some defect among us in providing free of cost services incurring a lot of amount for the needy innocent persons.
Dear! We should be Shukky and should have faith in system. One may be suspicious about a particular judge but it is not fair to raise question mark over all judges. How can this legal system work if we lose basic thing of faith in Lordships?
There is solution to each and every problem but for that we should come with clear hand and mind first. Raising finger upon others is very easy task. We should remain introspecting us also time and again.
