How to avail copy of nbw warrant from police

Hello All
My brother has received an NBW WARRANT for a 138 matter. This is mostly a fake warrant.
But I would want to know as how can I avail a copy of this warrant from the police. I am a third party as per law.
Does RTI allow procuring this document, or is there any other procedure which can aid me to obtain a copy. Unless I have the copy of warrant, how can I prove the genuineness or fakeness of warrant. And if it is a fake warrant, then i would need the copy to produce it before the concerned courts.
Please assist.

Engage an advocate and check the case record which would put at rest all the doubts.

NBW must have case No. court No .
Go to that court, ask Bench clerk, who may show you case Record, including so called fake Non Bailable Warrant. It will clarify the Warrant is genuine or fake.
3You may have to take help of a local Advocate of that Court.

Is your brother interested to know the genuity of the warrant. if yes let him visit the court and apply for inspection of file as a party by himself or through a lawyer.
If your brother is not interest (as apparent from your blog) you cannot do anything evne if the warrant is fake and you get evidence of it as it is the accused who wants to suffer wrongly.
