I would like to have guidance regarding how to change the name in the property card which is right now in the name of my Late Grand father.
We have already received the court grant mentioning the names of legal heirs of the property.
What should be the next step to apply for change in names of the owners as mentioned in the court grant

File an application for mutation of the property card and the village card with the Tahasildar in the prescribed form and pay the prescribed fee. You should enclose the Court order declaring the successors to the property. You may inquire with the Tahasildar's office for further details.

I agree with the opinion of other experts that you should apply for mutation of revenue records on the names of all the legal heirs jointly in order to transfer the revenue records of the property from your grandfather's name to your names.
That is how you people can inherit the property on joint names and once the properties have been transferred, you all can mutually and amicably settle the things by a family arrangement or partition on the agreed terms.
