how to change of Title deed

Dear Experts,
A property was purchased in the name of partnership firm at ballabgarh (Haryana). Now the partnership firm is converted in company (same name).
Now my querry is
1.) It is necessary to change of title of property for getting a bank loan.
2.) What is the process to change it, at ballabgarh ( Haryana).

1.) no, just show the all papers related to conversion of partnership firm to company.

2.) there is no process.
