How to check that court summons is genune in cheque bounce case of mts mobile

Hello,
y'day 1 person came home stating police with summons from court XIV ACMM, Mayo Hall, Bangalore. I was not available at home so when my family member asked to give original document to him, then he refused to it saying only I can receive it. And gave xerox copy of 1 page summons, not any other documents. When i searched on internet, i came to know that, there are many fraud summons issued from same court by banks & mobile companies. Also it has printed in times of India news paper.
So how can i check weather summons is original or fake?
details:-
2 years before one sales executive of MTS came to me & offered free HTC Pulse handset of Rs 1800/-, if i selects plan of 1500/- month for 1 year. So i took the connection & gave two blank cheques 1 for bill payment by ECS & 1 as security. After that for first 4 months all bills were cleared by ECS from account on every 25 date. But in 5th month i started getting call from MTS that, i have to pay bill before 21st itself otherwise my mobile connection will be barred and if i pay now online then ECS will not be generated. So I paid on 21st through online & Still 2 ECS of different amount came in account on 25th which was bounced and bank charged me nearly 800Rs for that. I contacted MTS customer care but there was not any response. Same thing happened in next month so i requested bank to stop ECS. Also requested MTS to solve this issue.
But after 1 year suddenly they put amount of 20000Rs on remaining blank cheque & sent to bank, which was bounced.
After that they send me notice of check bounce from some lawyer & y'day 1 person came home with summons from court in XIV ACMM, Mayo Hall, Bangalore. And when i searched on internet i came to know that there are many fraud summons issued from same court. So how can i check weather summons is original or fake?
Handset was of Rs 18000/- Already i have paid 5500Rs and bank has charged nearly 2500Rs for ECS bounces & Check bounce. I have all the records in email, where i have requested atleast 50 times to activate the connection & i will pay the bills. But they said connection is permanently closed and can't be activated.
So how can i check, if summons is original & if it is original then shall i respond to that in court?

Yes! you need to check it personally visiting
the court's office from where summons has been sent.

Today i sent email to MTS explaining problem once more & gave notice, to go to consumer court. And evening i received email from MTS stating they are ready to re-activate connection & i can use services from now on. But nothing about this cheque bounce case.
I have just one doubt now, if still they don't take back cheque bounce case then, my defense is valid in court of law?

Thank you for reply.
Of-course i know that, i have to contact local lawyer. But I'm outstation now till next Saturday & I found it surprising that person carrying summons didn't gave original copy. So i googled about it and found that there are many fake summons in similar cased.
and i came here seeking any expert lawyer's advice who has seen similar case.

Every thing does not need expertise.Why are you seeking expert advise to know how to drink when thirsty?
Not any expertise but verification of genuineness of summons is your necessity which can be done only by you or by your duly authorized agent for which no kind of expertise is required at all.If the particular court has a page on net showing case diary then only one can check on net.

As Shri Ajit is from Banglore, E Mail copy to check on it. If forged, file police complain . If genuine. defend yourself.
