How to execute International Arbitral Award

In an International Arbitration conducted in India under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 if an award is passed in favour of Indian Party, how the same can be enforced.

Learned experts are requested to enlighten the procedure.

As per the C.P.C concerned under the section 13 and 14, all foreign award or judgment passed is conclusive; but in above section some exceptions are specified which u may go thru..

As the award has been executed in India so cause of action has accrued in favour of Indian party here so the execution of the award can be filed in the concerned civil court.

Thank to experts.

But the issue is that award has been made in India which has to be enforced against a party based in foreign country which does not have any assets in India.

What will be the procedure to enforce such award.
