How to get registration for a coaching institute.

Sir, I want to open a computer training center in my home city Rampur UP so from where i have to register my center? Is it possible that if i open a coaching center now and get registration after some time(may be after 6 months /1 year). And is it also posiible that in this coaching center i can perform the software development work to generate more revenue by the students that getting training? If not then for development work from where i have to go for registration? What will be the registration charges for center/development company? How much time will it take to processing? Please guide me as soon as possible.

you have to decide whether it would be a proprietary concern or partnership or company . if it is partnership firm it has to be regd with registrar of firms . if you form a company then it has to be regd under the companies act .
you will need a license under Shop and Establishment Act of your state .

Unless there is a regulator in your state in this regard(mostly there are none)follow guidance of Mr.sethi.
So long students do not object to your planned activity of software development with their help during study period,no law checks you doing so.

The procedure would same as told.
For proprietorship no REGISTRATION required for it's constitution.
But in case of Partnership it is optional but most desirable.
And in case of a COMPANY registration with RoC is must.
The registration under Shop and Establishment Act of your state would be must in all three aforesaid cases.
When it is to go in leased premises ,copy of agreement would be attached for registration to identify place of business.
Look into the rules framed for registration in your state.

in bihar i believe all coaching institutes have to be be compulsory registered.

you need copy of your leave and license agreement duly stamped and regd for obtaining license under Shops and establishment act

In BIHAR there is an Act for it known by name BIHAR COACHING INSTITUTE (CONTROL & REGULATION) , ACT 2010.
It is first state to come with a regulator and comprehensive enactment in this area.

After the commencement of this Act, any person who desires to establish or run coaching institute shall have to apply before the District Magistrate in the prescribed form with registered form with registration fee of Rs. 5, 000 (Five thousand), along with the following information:
a. Determination of curriculum
b. Academic qualification of teachers
c. Tuition fees
d. Physical infrastructure
