How to make agriculture land to non agriculture

Dear Sir,
in 2014,I had purchased a plot(1500 sq feet) from individual owner in Nagpur , village Besa, It comes in co-operative society. That plot was not NA. plot registery, mutation and form no 8 in my name is completed. Now for building a house, I require Bank loan and vigilance permission from my department(govt employee), Is it necessary to make that plot NA? what is the procedure?Kindly suggest

It is necessary that the plot has to be converted to NA. You may approach the Revenue Authorities.

bank would not agree to sanction loan in absence of NA.
