How to remove mothers name from school records

Dear Experts,
I Got Divorce in Aug. 2012, with custody of my 2 beloved sons. I hv been taking care of them since seperated in Dec. 2007. After divorce i m not interested in re-marriage as i already had a very bad experience in my past. Now i am very happy with my childrens. My ex-wife has already got married and also second divorce.
My question is Since my ex-wife name is mentioned as mothers name in my childrens school record, i wish to remove same which is very painfull to me and my children. I approched the principal of my childrens school and she told that unless i get remarried and found second mother for my childrens, they are unable to remove my ex-wife name from their school records. As it is clearlly mentioned in decree of divorce that she dont have any right upon my childrens in future and also she hv not claimed any custody since she has been living seperate for last 7 years and also got remarried, how i can remove her name from my and my childrens life which is very painfull to us. plz. reply.

You can do so, only by getting transfer from one school and putting the children in some other school. At that time, you can leave the column for mother's name blank (and even explain the reason for leaving the space 'blank' when specifically asked for).
Otherwise there is no provision to get rid of the name of your ex-wife from the school records of your children.

You have to see the welfare of your children who are gifted to you by the lord.See their faces and forget the past.You cannot deny they are also children of their mother.Don't waste your time to annul the fact,eventhough it cannot be undone.

If possible get clear consent of the biological mother of the children that her name should not continue with the children school and approach school to leave the name blank.

Since the biological mother has given birth to the kids it would be injustice to the childern as well as your ex-wife to think of on these lines, better to continue with dignity for having such beloved childern with you.

I think all reply r without understanding the facts. I paid enough opportunity to her before divorce to turn back to her childrens thinking abt my childrens future and as replied would be injustice to kids but in arrogant attitude of her position in judiciary with the help of judges & under influence of her brother in law she had almost spoiled my life & childrens future. She dont hv any feeling of a mother nor a women. I hv fought with the judiciary to save my childrens future and sacrificed my happiness. I think it is all worthless to speak abt justice here. We all hate her a lot & never expect any justice from judiciary. It was her consent that if i take care of the childrens alone she will release me from all fake criminal cases under 498a & 354.

I hd never mentioned here that i hv no faith in experts opinion, in fact experts r doing a great job by providing valuable information abt law but yes i dont hv faith in judiciary which claims to be temple of justice. Law does not provide justice to men. Law is made for the welfare of the peoples life and cannot b judged based upon gender. A men can not b judged guilty based only his gender as male where as women as innocent based on her gender as female. When we talk abt family law only & always men r considered as guilty not women. By luck Even if women is found to b guilty practically there is no provision in law for women to b punished. And all prices in all manner r paid by the men & his family. Moreover the law is not protecting women but destroying the family & future of the innocent childrens by interfearing in the personnel issue of the husband & wife.

By trapping a men in fake cases under IPC 498a & 354 cases judiciary can never resolve the issue between husband & wife and makes the situation to the worst resulting into divorce. We need to think deeply abt this. Who knows the next target could b among the judiciary family. We all feel hero when we speak abt others issue but only one who faces the situation understand how painfull it is.
