hello sir/ madam
this is to inform that a person with whom i met an accident has filled an FIR against me. the accident occurred suddenly as i was on the way to home and the person came in front of me on main road with his two wheeler. with sudden happening i tried to control my motorcycle but failed and slipped and met an accident with him. i got no injuries but the person with whom i met accident got fractured . we are ready to compensate the amount the hospital says but they are demanding more than required. so we refused to pay in case they filed a case against me of IPC 279 337 338. please guide me what should i do in this condition?

i hope that you have license and vehicle insurance on current stage, if yes, you face the case, this type of case claim only from insurance, not server punishment will not provide.

yes sir i do have insurance and my licence
but my insurance is third party insurance so will it affet me???
