my father died 7 years back. in his life time he purchased a plot and constructed a house in it by taking permission from muncipality. he has not written any will during his life time. he died intestate, without making any will but in his last days he expressed his will that he want to give away his self acquired property to his second son.i am the first son totally we are 5 members in the family 1.my mother 2.my self 3.my first younger brother 4.my second younger brother and 5.my last younger sister. the above said house stands in the name of my deceased father in registar and in muncipal records and electricity department records and now all of us want to transfer the above said house property in the name of my first younger broter for which all other family members have no objection, and now my point is how we can transfer the property in the name of my brother.what is the cheapest way of transfering the above said property in the name of my brother does relinquishment deed works or any other way to transfer the property in the name of my brother legally.please give me a good suggestion.

There cannot be cheapest way as you want title of the property transferred,so you all have to do relinquishment deed of your shares in favour of your brother and get it registered by payment of stamp duty. However, all of you may do notarised affidavit relinquishing sharers and place before municipality to enter that house in your brother's name.
