How to withdraw authorization made under tm-48

Dear Members,
Greet you for the day !
I have been recently selected in central govt.job.
previously i was practicing as IPR advocate. I want to withdraw my authorization made under form TM-48 for trade mark registration, what would be the procedure for this.
Shall i write simple letter to registrar of trade mark about my withdrawal and inform them to communicate to cilent's address in application onward.
OR I have to file FORM-16 for this ? what do you think. please advise me. waiting for your early reply.

As your client to file revocation letter of your name, and put further correspondence address as your client's in the same letter, but pls note you have to file this for every client of yours.
