How to withdraw tm application?

I have filed a TM application few months back. However I wish to withdraw the same. Can anyone please guide me how to withdraw TM application and fees involved in it?

you can withdraw the application after filing an application for withdrawal but I don't think so that the fee will be return

what is tm application?
you are at liberty to with draw any application filed by you in court . no fees are involved .

Thank you for the prompt response. However to be more precise how do I initiate the withdrawal of Trademark Application which I have applied before Mumbai Registry.
