Dear Experts,
I am living separately from my husband for last 7 years. Divorce, 498A cases are going on. Two years back, he has married with another woman and has a son. I have filed complaint for second marriage with court. However, for lack of witnesses and evidence, the court has not issued the process yet. The person from my husband's side who had informed us of second marriage and who was ready to be witness is not coming to the court for giving statement.
Please help me what to do?

contact a detective agency . gather some evidence of his second marriage . if he has a son he must be admitted in some school . name of parents must be mentioned in his birth certificate , admission form etc

As the age of son shall not be more than 1 year and 3 months so the question of his admission in school do not arise but his birth certificate can be got ascertained. You can got issues summons to that person who had informed you.
