Dear sir
this is Ashish Maurya , we have 1 room in kandivali cahwl , there chwal is developed by SRA Schem with Private builder . now buling was redy . but they tell us your name was not in SRA Annexure II . i have docqumnet before 1995 . my room aggriment 1993 . please help me out how can i add my name in SRA Annexure II . Builder Take 2 time docquments for Add name in Annexure II . every one gets flat in Socicty . but we don't FALT they told us every time when report come they will inforum us . please help possbile to call ne at 09821888853 . my english was not good but i am try my best .

You take the help of a local lawyer, enquire the same with the local authorities through him/her and be aware of the further formalities in this regard.

Consult local lawyer and file suit for including your name in Annex.II.
Prey the court to keep pending the allotment of flats till your case is decided. If not accepted move for appeal.
