Hi
Iam Saravanan from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. iam starting a Pest Control Services Business were as iam not manufacturing any chemical just iam buying chemical and using it for controlling mosquitoes and other insects, So i need to ask which all the legal documents i should have for it any one from bangalore can answer it

you would have to decide whether you want to start a proprietory or partnership or limited company for said purpose .
if it is a partnership firm needs registration with registrar of firms .
if its a company then you have to be registered under companies act for said purpose
you would need a license under shops and establishment act of the state .
