i want to file consumer case

i want file a case of around 40000 as full compensation, what will be the fees of lawyer appx. if hearing basis then how much hearing will be take, i have all proof warrenty card, news paper advertisement cutting , receipt etc

Fee varies from man to man and place to place. No definite fee is fixed.

1.YOU MAY FILE A COPLAINT AT DIST.CONSUMER COURT BY ENCLOSING ALL RELEVENT DOCUMENTS.
2.YOU HAVE TO ENCLOSE INDIAN POSTAL ORDER OF RS.100/- TOWARDS COURT FEE ,ALONG WITH YOUR COMPLAINT AND SUBMIT IT TO THE DIST.CONSUMER COURT.
3.YOU MAY ENGAGE ANY LOCAL LAWYER OR SUBMIT THE APPLICATION IN PERSON.THE FEES WILL VARY AS PER EXPERIENCE OF LAWYERS.BUT APPROXIMATELY IT MAY COST YOU FROM RS.1500/ TO 3000/ APPROXIMATELY.OR MORE DEPENDING ON PLACE AND EXPERIENCE OF LAWYER.
