WHAT CAN A MEMBER DO IN CASE OF MANY MEMBERS DOING IILEGAL CONSTRUCTION OF BALCONY /CREATING BATHROOMS /EXTENDING FLATS ,HAVE SENT NOTICE TO CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY INFACT SECRETARY HAS ALSO INDULGED IN THIS ACTIVITIES HENCE NO BODY TAKING ACTION ON THE GUILTY /RAISED ISSUE IN A.G.M BUT TO NO AVAIL BECAUSE SECRETARY INVOLVED IN THIS .MUMBAI C.H.S SOCIETY

why not made complaint at corporation ? or metropolitan development department ?

If no one is rsing ny objection and each one is involved in the illegal encroachments then you hve left with 2 options viz. either to remain silent or to go ahead making omplaint before Registrar or filing civil suit against all persons involved therein with danger of social boycott & so on

if you have sent notice to secreatry /chairman and raised issue in AGM then you should write letter to ward officer of your local ward complaining about illegal encroachments in your society .
also address letter to registrar cooperative societies .
