In dv case only one respondent present on behalf of other respondents

I am raju practising as an jr advocate, section 3 read with section 12 of dvc act case has been registered.in this case R1 TO R9 are the respondents.R1 attending the court, but R3 AND R4 are not attending the court, absent petition has been filed on behalf of R3 AND R4 .R3 AND R4 are some family problems and they are the sisters of R1.R4 no relation with that family since 8 years.so i want to file a petition for R2 WILL PRESINT TO THE HON'BLE COURT ON BEHALF OF THE R3 AND R4.
PLS EXPLAIN THE SECTIONS TO FOLLOW AND HOW TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE OF CRPC.pls give me the suggestion.

DV Act basically is not a criminal act rather its implication is totally civil in nature except section 31. There is no need to even attend the court in person. Lawyer can do attend and defend the case.
