Income affidavit in domestic violence case

Good morning. A domestic violence case is going on against me since year 2012. For the last more than two years, court had been asking to submit income affidavit which neither me nor my wife have submitted.

I wanted your help to understand what could be the consequences of non-filing the affidavit. Please help.

What is the reason for non filing the said affidavit?
Is there any order passed by the court about the interim maintenance so far?
