The power of attorney is not registered in my name, but it is notarised in my name and i am the holder of power of attorney. Can i register a lease agreement in my name for the same property in the court for a property in Gurgaon, haryana?

I do not want to comment on the first part of the query however the second part viz.Can i register a lease agreement in my name for the same property in the court for a property in Gurgaon, haryana? In my opinion although it is not illegal but there can be legal complications if the Principal chooses to dispute that both the POA holder and the tenant are one and the same and the lease agreement is a sham.
