Sir, please guide in the below query.

'ABC' registered Trade Mark in India. If the Foreign Company 'XYZ' infringed the Trade Mark of Indian Company i.e. 'ABC'. Then what steps should be taken by the Indian Company 'ABC' against Foreign Company.

Consult a Local Good Advocate and Sue for Damages and Defamation and Claim for Compensation

As advised by expert Mr. Qusar, if the foreign company is having its office in India, you may issue legal notice for infringement with a copy to the trade mark authorities and decide next curse of legal action based on the reply received.
