Inherited property

Dear Sir,
i want to know whether it is enough to execute relinquishment deed by my sister in favour of me for inherited property of my father. in which she has equal share as per Hindu Succession Act.

The property is agriculture land
situated in Haryana
we are also belongs and live in Haryana
