Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 17 June 2015
Despite the fact there is incomplete information as to what type of injunction (e.g. permanent, mandatory, prohibitory, perpetual etc.) has been granted and against whom the order/decree has been passed, if an objection is filed by third party that will have to be decided by Executing Court before executing the order/decree.
